Introduction
The Swirling Petal Kagerou Build is a graceful yet deadly combat style that embodies speed, precision, and fluid motion much like petals dancing in the wind. Designed for players who favor continuous damage output, this build focuses on chaining fast, elegant attacks that overwhelm enemies before they can react.
Specializing in rapid skill rotations and high attack speed, the Swirling Petal Build excels in both single-target encounters and crowd control. Its strength lies in maintaining constant pressure, allowing users to “flow” through battles while avoiding heavy damage through mobility and timing.
Perfect for players who enjoy a stylish, fast-paced playstyle, the Swirling Petal Build transforms every fight into a dance where each strike falls as softly, yet as lethally, as a petal.
The Skill

Swirling Petal
Throw a Huuma Shuriken at a target and inflict damage on and around the target.
This skill increases ATK, depending on your Base Level, [Throw Huuma Shuriken] level, and STR.
| Level | Damage (ATK) | Range | Cooldown | SP Cost |
| 1 | 150% | 11 | 3.0s | 24 |
| 2 | 300% | 11 | 3.0s | 28 |
| 3 | 450% | 11 | 3.0s | 32 |
| 4 | 600% | 11 | 3.0s | 36 |
| 5 | 750% | 11 | 3.0s | 40 |
| 6 | 900% | 11 | 3.0s | 44 |
| 7 | 1050% | 11 | 3.0s | 48 |
| 8 | 1200% | 11 | 3.0s | 52 |
| 9 | 1350% | 11 | 3.0s | 56 |
| 10 | 1500% | 11 | 3.0s | 60 |

Keep in mind:
- Bonus damage is:
- Increases skill damage. New damage formula : Damage (ATK) = [Base_Damage + (Throw_Huuma_Shuriken_Lv x 100) + STR]%
- Takes on element of the equipped Huuma Shuriken or any temporary elemental enchantment used.
- Accuracy of skill is based on DEX, per normal.
Skill Build
For the remaining skill points, it will depend on the gears you use because of a skill requirement or on how you would like to go hybrid with Cross Slash skill.

Stats
| Stat | Purpose & Explanation |
|---|---|
| STR (120) | The primary source of your physical attack power. Increases the base damage of Swirling Petal Prioritize STR for high burst output. |
| AGI (90 → 100) | Boosts attack speed (ASPD) and dodge rate. 193 ASPD is essential for fast animation and evasion. |
| VIT (90 → all remaining stat points) | Enhances HP and resistance to status effects and physical damage. Useful for PvP, boss fights, and general survivability. |
| DEX (120) | Improves accuracy and slightly increases damage consistency. Helps ensure Swirling Petal and otherskills don’t miss, especially against high-flee targets. |
| LUK (1 → some stat points) | Increases a bit of damage, hit and perfect dodge. But not really needed. |
| INT (1) | Optional but useful for boosting SP pool and regeneration. Can be invested lightly if you rely on skills frequently or have low SP recovery. |
Equipment and Cards
Swirling Petal damage scales primarily with Physical Attack, Ranged Physical Damage, flat ATK bonuses, and Attack Percentage increases. However, the most crucial factor for maximizing this build’s potential is Cooldown Reduction and Maximum Attack Speed (193). By minimizing the skill’s cooldown, you can spam Swirling Petal more frequently, high attack speed equals to faster character skill animation, significantly boosting your overall damage output and combat efficiency.
Cooldown reduction is only provided by these 3 equipment:
Heir of the Primordial Spirit [1] = -0.5s
Wrath Wheel [2] = -2s- 2pcs of
Rasen Fuma’s Orb [1] = -0.2s
That’s a total of -2.7 seconds and will be left with .3 second cooldown.
