Swirling Petal

Throw a Huuma Shuriken at a target and inflict damage on and around the target.
This skill increases ATK, depending on your Base Level, [Throw Huuma Shuriken] level, and STR.

Keep in mind:

• Bonus damage is:
  • Increases skill damage. New damage formula : Damage (ATK) = [Base_Damage + (Throw_Huuma_Shuriken_Lv x 100) + STR]%
• Takes on element of the equipped Huuma Shuriken or any temporary elemental enchantment used.

Swirling Petal damage scales primarily with Physical Attack, Ranged Physical Damage, flat ATK bonuses, and Attack Percentage increases. However, the most crucial factor for maximizing this build’s potential is Cooldown Reduction and Maximum Attack Speed (193). By minimizing the skill’s cooldown, you can spam Swirling Petal more frequently, high attack speed equals to faster character skill animation, significantly boosting your overall damage output and combat efficiency.

Cooldown reduction is only provided by these 3 equipment:

•  Heir of the Primordial Spirit [1] = -0.5s
•  Wrath Wheel [2] = -2s
• 2pcs of  Rasen Fuma’s Orb [1] = -0.2s

That’s a total of -2.7 seconds and will be left with .3 second cooldown.
