
Introduction
Illusion of Underwater is one of the dungeons which fall under the Illusion Dungeon Series, specifically themed around the Undersea Tunnel Dungeon of Byalan Island. Stronger versions of the dungeon’s monsters may be located there, and eliminating them will have them drop materials needed to craft the new Illusion equipment for this series. Daily quests may also be done in order to obtain Illusion Stones for crafting said equipment, as well as gain some Base and Job EXP.

1. To initiate the entrance quest, find and speak to Gein in Izlude /navi izlude 132/49 . Continue talking to him until he asks you to visit the Oceanologist Jerimon in Prontera.
2. Make your way to the East Prontera Library /navi prontera 192/266 and talk to Jerimon /navi prt_in 157/66 . Continue talking to him and choose the “Okay I will be back” option in the end to progress.
3. Return to Gein in Izlude. Keep talking to him until he tells you to go back and visit Jerimon.
4. Return to Jerimon in the East Prontera Library. Keep talking to him, and he eventually tells you to meet up with him in Izlude.
5. Locate and speak to Jerimon in Izlude /navi izlude 131/54 who warps you to Illusion of Underwater Dungeon 1F.
6. Once inside, talk to Sirud /navi iz_d04_i 126/266 . He tasks you to hunt 10x each of Abysmal Sropho, Abysmal Deviace and Abysmal Marse in the map, in order to obtain more Abyssal Essence to help bring Jerimon back to the surface. He will then direct you to Jerimon’s location.
7. Head towards /navi iz_d04_i 125/226 and speak to Jerimon who appears. He talks about how he fell in the water while he was fishing three months ago, and got sucked into the dungeon by a whirlpool.
8. After hunting the said number of monsters, return to Jerimon who rewards you with 2x Illusion Stones and some EXP. He will then task you to collect 10x Abyssal Essence which are dropped by the monsters in the dungeon.
9. After collecting enough Abyssal Essence, return to Jerimon who rewards you with 2x Illusion Stones and some EXP after you choose to resurface back to Izlude. At this point, the Illusion of Underwater Dungeon and its daily quests are now accessible.

DQ2: Defeat Abysmal Creatures I

1. From Illusion of Underwater 1F, speak to the Gatekeeper /navi iz_d04_i 129/232 and choose the “Of Course” option to move down to 2F.
2. Once in Illusion of Underwater 2F, talk to Kenna /navi iz_d05_i 138/186 to choose the first option to receive the daily quest.
3. Defeat 10x of each Abysmal Swordfish, Abysmal Phen and Abysmal King Dramoh.
4. Return and speak to Kenna to turn in the quest and receive your rewards.
DQ4: Defeat Abysmal Creatures III

MVP Summoning
Two MVPs spawn in Illusion of Underwater: the Abysmal Sea Witch for the first floor and the Abysmal Kraken for the second floor. In order to summon either one, players will need to defeat a total of 1800 monsters that spawn on their respective floors. Once enough monsters are defeated, an announcement will be broadcasted throughout the map, indicating that the MVP has finally appeared. After defeating the MVP of the map, players will need to wait for 180-190 minutes (roughly 3 hours) before being able to summon it with the mentioned mechanic.
