Introduction
The Cross Slash Kagerou is a high-speed, burst-oriented build that focuses on dealing massive single-target physical damage through the skill Cross Slash. As one of the most aggressive Kagerou playstyles, this build combines the ninja’s mobility and evasiveness with lethal melee precision.
Cross Slash Kagerous excel in quick assassinations striking enemies with powerful slashes before retreating to safety using defensive skills like Cicada Skin Shed and Mirror Image. This makes them a top choice for players who enjoy fast-paced, skill-based combat where positioning and timing are key.
Whether you’re hunting MVPs, dueling in PvP, or showcasing flashy burst combos, the Cross Slash build delivers a dynamic mix of speed, survivability, and deadly power.
The Skill

Cross Slash
A cooperative skill for Kagerou and Oboro. Strikes with a Cross Slash, inflicting Cross Wound on enemies for 3 seconds.
Enemies affected by Cross Wound take increased damage from Cross Slash.
Higher Base Level increases the additional damage dealt.

Keep in mind:
- Bonus damage is believed to be BaseLevel*Skill Level used.
- Increases skill damage. New damage formula : (200 x skill level)%Atk. Damage will be increased depends on user’s base level.
- Similar to Killing Stroke, the caster will move close to the target after using the skill.
- The skill may only be used of both hands are being used. Wearing a Huuma, Twin Dagger, or Dagger + Shield will work, however, if attempting to use with either hand free of anything, the skill will fail.
- This skill is blocked by Pneuma.
- Damage is reduced by range, race and physical damage reduction gears.
Skill Build
For the remaining skill points, it will depend on the gears you use because of a skill requirement, get all the charms up to Cast Ninja Spell or if you want to max out the Right and Left Hand Mastery.


Stats

| DEX (120) | Improves accuracy and slightly increases damage consistency. Helps ensure Cross Slash and other melee skills don’t miss, especially against high-flee targets. |
| LUK (1 → some stat points) | Increases a bit of damage, hit and perfect dodge. But not really needed. |
| INT (1) | Optional but useful for boosting SP pool and regeneration. Can be invested lightly if you rely on skills frequently or have low SP recovery. |
Equipment and Cards
Important Note: To spam the Cross Slash Skill, we only need max ASPD and gears that have cooldown reduction for Cross Slash.
Cross Slash damage scales primarily with Physical Attack, Ranged Physical Damage, flat ATK bonuses, and Attack Percentage increases. However, the most crucial factor for maximizing this build’s potential is Cooldown Reduction. By minimizing the skill’s cooldown, you can spam Cross Slash more frequently, significantly boosting your overall damage output and combat efficiency.
Cooldown reduction is only provided by these 3 equipments:

That’s a total of -3 seconds and will be left with .1 second cooldown.
