This guide only aims to give players the information on where to get the excelion gears, and what are the other possible enchantments they can get.
Episode 15 did not only bring a handful of good items for mechanics and other classes, but it also gave a gear set called Excelion, which provides a good number of stats if enchanted, and also after-cast delay when requirements are met.

How to get to Verus?
Talk to MARS_01 until it asks you for 1 old fuel tank.
Upon supplying the robot with an old fuel tank, the system will reboot and will now offer their services to the player.
PLUTO_09 will allow the player to pick and craft excelion gears and exchange old fuel tanks for a random blueprint at a 30% success rate.
MARS_01 will allow the player to put the blueprint of choice into an excellion suit or wing.
How to get old fuel tank and huge metal scraps?
Repair and Explorer robots found in verus fields drops them at 0.50%
You can also get them inside King’s heels instance. Gold cards from King’s heels can also be traded to old fuel tank.
Excelion Gears
Exchange 5 old fuel tank and 10 huge metal scraps for an excelion gear of your choice.

Reactor/Blueprint enchantments
You can obtain blueprints by trading in 5 old fuel tanks to PLUTO_09. You may get a random blueprint or a bunch of stones depending on your luck.
Blueprints are used for enchanting your excelion gear piece. Some enchants can be used for up to 3 times, while some are capped at 1.
To enchant your excelion, use MARS_01’s services. Enchanting your excelion gear does not fail.
NOTE* If you want to use property reactor blueprint for the armor, make sure it’s the first enchant.

Really bad guide. Doesn’t mention several important details, like:
– Where are these NPCs? I only see it’s in verus_04 because of the hyperlink. Are there any prerequisite quests to get there?
– Is it BIS? Is it close to BIS? When would you want to prioritize these items?
– Which classes benefit most from these?
Weak guide. Pls do better; it’s an interesting topic but I need to do a lot of Googling to fill in the blanks.
