Introduction:
Hello, all you rich kids and whales, and welcome to ROGGH!! :3 Before you start on this wonderful journey, let me first mention that this is not for newbies or poor kids, this build requires dedication, insanity, blood, sweat and tears!!
Objective:
This guide’s objective is to help fellow brewers get at least decent gear to brew potion for WOE and MVP alike, and aim for alchemist ranking! 🙂 Second warning: Shoo poor people, you not welcome here! >:c
Why make a Brewer?
First of all, what even is a brewer, why can’t I find the class named Brewer? Of course you can’t silly, this is actually the Creator/Alchemist class that solely made for brewing purposes, and therefore the naming. Creator/Alchemist have one of the highest investment of time and money in the game in order to build up. With that being said, is all that hard work worth it? Well, yes… and no. I explain this later but let me put up the pros and cons first! 🙂
Pros
- Able to brew important items like Slim White and Blue Potion.
- Have Access to Alchemist Ranking, Top 10 have 50% Potion efficiency!
- Route to OP food when reaching 3rd class.
- Decent leveling speed! (Will post this guide separately, stay tune 😉)
- You are Rich! 😉
Cons
- Expensive as Jeff Bezos!
- You need to be a man/women of commitment, focus, and sheer will!
- Competitive Top 10 alchemist rankings with other rich whales.
- Prepare breaking your fingers making thousands of pots, make sure to call your nieces and nephews to help! :3
To get the best success Brewing rate, take a look at the below formula:
Brewing Rate = [ (PreparePotion Level <1-10 x3>) + (PotionResearch Level <1-10>) + (InstructionChange Level) + (Job Level x 0.2) + (Total DEX x 0.1) + (Total LUK x 0.1) + (Total INT x 0.05) + Potion Success Rate ]%
If you are too lazy or fail math like me, basically just max Pharmacy lv10, Make Potion/Learning Potion lv10, get a Vanilmirth Homunculus (Loyal), get 70 job levels, high DEX and LUK.
SKILL POINT DISTRIBUTION (MERCHANT)

This skill point distribution should be quite obvious. Just use Cart Revolution until you are Creator, it will still be relevant until you reach Acid Demonstration anyway! 🙂 Like any other merchant, Discount, Overcharge, Push Cart, Weight Limit is too important to pass out.
SKILL POINT DISTRIBUTION (CREATOR)

Looking at the skill table above, the first thing you should max first is the acid demonstration, the reason being is that you want to reach 99 as soon as possible without relying on others, this is by far the fastest and most expensive. However, if you have tighter budget, you can also buy leech service with Zeny, or to create a 2nd character like Sniper/Lord Knight/Paladin to leech yourself. All the brewing skills can wait until after you max out your AD. Next, getting your Homunculus as soon as you turn to Alchemist (Yes, before you rebirth) is a MUST, since it takes FOREVER to make a homunculus to reach Loyalty status.
STAT POINTS DISTRIBUTION
If you are Brewer, the stat distribution is very straight forward. DEX and LUK contribute most in success chance, followed by INT.
INT – Left Over
DEX – 99
LUK – 99
Brewing Rate = [ (PreparePotion Level <1-10 x3>) + (PotionResearch Level <1-10>) + (InstructionChange Level) + (Job Level x 0.2) + (Total DEX x 0.1) + (Total LUK x 0.1) + (Total INT x 0.05) + Potion Success Rate ]%
HOMUNCULUS CHOICE (ROUTE)
If going to Brewer route, there is only one homunculus worth considering, namely: Vanilmirth.

The main reason is because of the Instruction Change, which can boost your potion making success chance by 5%!
However, in order to own a Homunculus, you will have to first complete the Bio Ethics Quest once you first turned into Alchemist.
HOMUNCULUS QUEST (BIO ETHICS)
First, take an Airship to Lighthalzen and go to the Tool dealer to buy some Grandpa Beard and Geek Glasses! You will need this to sneak pass the guards HehEHehehehEHHeheh…
First, you need to go to the tool dealer shop.

After that, go to the top floor and find the clown, beat him up and then buy the goods from him! (Who doesn’t hate clowns, am I right? 😉)

You should look like this, if you don’t look like this, remove your goddamn costumes! 😀

Are you ready to SNEAK into the secret lab?? Here we gooooooooo…!!

First, head to the Lighthalzen castle, enter and then go to left side of the room until you see a flight of red stairs.

Next, go through the counter in above image and then talk to the guard as amongus(Impostor).

Go through the portal and then go through the portal shown below.

After going through the portal, walk to the back of the room and find Kellasus. (There’s even “sus” in his name! The audacity of this guy! >:c)

Exhaust his dialogue and move on to Skrajjad just across the room near Kellasus.

Exhaust Skrajjad’s dialogue and move on to Keshibien on the bottom left of the room.

Next, exit Lighthalzen castle and go to the Inn for the next NPC.

Go inside the Inn and find a person named Broncher.

Exhaust his dialogue and return to Kellasus. Kellasus will then ask you three question, make sure to type in the exact answer to satisfy his needs.

After answer his three questions… he goes back on his words!! He still will not give us the Bio Ethic skills, he is a scammer! He needs to be lynch for his evildoing! Therefore, we need to blackmail him by visiting his son. >:c

Speak to his son and steal one of his belongings to prove that you have kidnapped Kellasus’s son. At the same time, you have found out that his son is actually a Homunculus!! A serious crime worthy of death, we use this to blackmail Kellasus instead!

After collecting all the proof, return to Kellasus for the blackmail. He “should” submit to you.

Quest done, you can now summon Homunculus! 🙂
In order to summon a homunculus, you will need an Embryo. At this point, I am assuming that this is your first brewer. Therefore, it is always better to find other Brewer to help make Embryo for you, keep making Embryo until you get Vanilmirth. (This process costed a lot if you are picky like me, Jelly Form is BEST!)
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT
Hey! Hey! Hey! We have finally reached the juicy part of the guide, which is the equipment! To say the least, my current gear is pretty decent but not the best, but it has a whooping 85%+ success chance making slim white potions! The image below is my brewing setup and I will explain what was used by gear category.

HEADGEAR

For headgear, I am using the Advance Welding Mask and Apple of Archer. The main reason for these 2 headgear is because it is very cheap and very easy to make. Apple of Archer can be obtained from Archer Skeleton while you can craft Advance Welding Mask with Reno in Eden Group Headquarters (Guide in progress).
ARMOR

For Armor, I am using the stat enchanted silk robe with LUK+3 stats. Regarding on how to get a +3 LUK armor please refer to this guide by me as well! 🙂 (Stat Enchantment Guide) Next, Baby Leopard Card is pretty straight forward as it is the best card for stat boosting!
WEAPON/SHIELD

For weapons, any 4 slots will do as we need to stack as much stat card to the weapon. Here, I am using Lunatic Card but this can be swapped with Drops card which gives +1 Dex instead of +1 Luk. Injustice Card will only needed if you have a Zherlthsh/Zealotus Card, if you do not have the Card, you can slot in 4 drops/lunatic card instead!
GARMENT

The garment I using is the Giant God Snake Skin!! This can be found in the faceworm instance and its a 100% drop from the boss. Keep looking at the market and try to get DEX and LUK Giant God Snake Skin. Ideally, you would want a slotted Giant God Snake Skin with DEX/LUK stat boost, with this you will be able to use the Green Maiden Card! At this point of time, I could not find a slotted Giant Skin with DEX/LUK stats. 🙁
BOOTS

Boot is nice and straight forward, no other shoe is better than Crystal Pumps at the moment, and it is easily obtainable from old blue or purple box, pretty cheap as well! 🙂
ACCESORIES

Zerom card is by far the best stat boost card at the moment for brewer so no brainer, the alternative would be cookie card which boost +2 LUK or Wormtail card which boost +2 DEX. I used Cat Hand Glove because it gives +1 DEX and LUK, which is easily accessible and cheap! Cat hand can be obtain in Malangdo Island by speaking to Stinky Merchant!
SHADOW ARMOR

I am currently using Promotional Shadow Set as it gives me +4 DEX and LUK, however this is only available to players that are online during the event! 🙁 The alternatives will be something like LUCKY shadow armor but you need to +10 for +5 LUK) As for Headgear costume, simply try your luck or buy LUK/DEX stone from players and imbued them into your costume!
OTHER NOTES
ADDITIONAL BUFFS
There are some technique that can be used which is Marionette and Harmonize. Marionette allows Wanderer/Maestro to give their stats to the Brewer when brewing. However it is only limited to base 99 stats. For example, if you Brewer have 60 LUK, and the Marionette have 99 LUK, it can only transfer 39 LUK to Brewer and if Brewer already have 99 DEX and LUK, then marionette is not needed.
However, Harmonizer(Maestro skill, No Love for Wanderer T-T) works differently, it can reduce the stats of the brewer. For example, Brewer have 99 LUK and 99 DEX, after Harmonizer the Brewer stats should be 69 LUK/DEX (See what I did there?). After the stats have been reduced, it can then combo with Marionette giving the brewer extra 30 LUK/DEX before Harmonize duration expires. In Theory, after harmonize and marionette, the Brewer should have 129 LUK/DEX before any other buffs. However, this method is tedious, I would not recommend this unless you are committed.
ALCHEMIST RANK
Next, please take note that only condense potion contribute points for Alchemist Ranking.

There are two way to get points: 1 by 1 method, or 200 instantly (White condense potion ONLY).
1 by 1 method, you get 1 point when successfully made any condensed potions, but you will get bonus points is you are able to success without fail 3,5,7 and 10 times in a row.
Alchemist Rank Point +1: 3 Condensed Potions created without failure in a row.
Alchemist Rank Point +3: 5 Condensed Potions created without failure in a row.
Alchemist Rank Point +10: 7 Condensed Potions created without failure in a row.
Alchemist Rank Point +50: 10 Condensed Potions created without failure in a row.
200 instant method requires a soul link with alchemist soul and a novice in the party to work. This will unlock the Twilight Alchemy skill, the one that we going to use here will be the Twilight Alchemy I. After getting the soul linker and novice into your party, prepare ingredients for 200 White condense potion: 200x Medicine Bowl, 200x Empty Test Tube, 200x White Potion, 200x Witch Starsand.
Note: Make sure you get all the ingredient ready before using the skill, any less ingredient will prompt the skill to fail while eating a huge chunk of your SP. It is advisable to get a Dancer for Gypsy Kiss to reduce SP consumption.
PET
Lastly, if you are a min-max kind of person, choosing the right PET can also boost your stats when it is Cordial/Loyal to you! After some research, Poring come out on top as the best PET for Brewer!! Why? Take a look at the table below:

Wala! Poring gives 2 bonus LUK, ain’t that something?
But wait Meow, don’t Poporing also give 2 LUK, why is poring considered the best but not Poporing?
Good question, the answer is because of potential! What potential you ask? Its Pet Evolution! A few selected pet will be able to evolve in the future, GGH currently do not have it yet, but it may!

Picking poring over Poporing means that if this patch really come to GGH, then you at least have an option to upgrade your stat bonus!
Please comment below so I can answer your question if any, thank you! Meow~
