To participate in the Popcorn Festa, talk to Aru Hee-Ah to participate and claim your stamp notebook.
If you collect 4 stamps from the hidden even/odd day stamp staffs, she will reward you the “Costume Pop Popcorn Hat”.
Odd Days
1st staff is hidden at the top of the Comodo volcano.
2nd staff is hidden inside a hut.

Yerba will ask you to get 3 roots of magic herbs. In return, Yerba will reward you with 10 healthy herbs.
Magic herbs can be found in any field or dungeon.
Return to Yerba to claim your reward.
Herb Burning

Parthi will tell you that if you want to warm the bonfire, you must visit Aru Hee-Ah.
You can also burn healthy herbs and get the following buffs:

Pop Popcornizer can exchange your regular to the costume version, and vice versa. Just bring her the costume or regular equipment and 100 blazing beads.
Exchanging for the costume version will require 1 nyangvine.
Enchantment and Enchantment Reset
Popcorn Popcornist allows you to reset or enchant your Pop Popcorn Hat (regular equipment).
You can enchant the Pop Popcorn Hat for 100 blazing beads. Removal of the enchantment also costs the same.
