The Dragon Breath Rune Knight is one of the most popular Rune Knight builds, even from the early days of Renewal. Dragon Breath scales with the caster’s current and maximum HP, and its damage is further enhanced by long-range physical damage modifiers. Interestingly, it calculates hard DEF as if it were soft DEF. The skill has two variants in the Rune Knight’s skill tree: Dragon’s Breath and Dragon Water Breath. To maximize its spam potential, this build requires high amounts of after-cast delay reduction, variable cast time reduction, and attack speed.
