Talk to Court Mage Nilem at /navi pub_cat 89/104 and ask him to teleport you to Sage’s Mansion Garden.

Proceed to /navi ba_in01 84/382 . Inside are multiple NPC’s that can exchange equipment, modules, refine cubes, and also, an enchanter.

Automatic Module
There are 5 types of modules. Normal, Rare, Unique, Legendary, and Epic(Skill). All enchantments have a success rate of 100%. Each equipment can be enchanted to a maximum of 3 times.
Note: Once enchanted, you won’t be able to remove/recover the modules, nor reset the enchants of the armor so proceed with caution.
