These were called Happy Eggs.
To remember the event, the people of Juno began exchanging Happy Eggs and three-leaf clovers, the symbol of happiness, every March.
That was the beginning of the Happy Eggs Festival. Today, the Happy Eggs Festival is a celebration everyone looks forward to each March. Head to Juno, the heart of the festival, and join the celebration!

Heading to Juno
To go to the event, simply travel to Yuno via Kafra Teleport from Geffen to Aldebaran, then to Yuno.
You may also use a World Teleportation Ticket to get there more easily.
Another way is by speaking to the Festival Guide found in Prontera and other cities or towns. Simply give her a Happy Three Leaf dropped by Clover Lunatics.
Happy Egg Exploration
Yulata @ /navi yuno 175/162 will ask you to find and break 3 Happy Eggs hidden in any dungeon or field.
The Happy Egg is a Plant-type monster, so having high attack speed, Double Attack, or Triple Attack will help speed up the process.
Return to Yulata after breaking 3 Happy Eggs to receive 2 Clover Tickets.
Clover Tickets can be used to draw 1 random item from the Happy Cute Pet Vending NPC nearby.

Happy Cute Pet Walk
Salem @ /navi yuno_in03 176/55 wants you to walk with the pets. You will be given choices on which pet you should interact with.
You can check your quest log to see which pet you need to speak to and walk with.
Note: Find the Happy Cute Pet Walk quest in your quest log and click the “point.” It will generate a navigation marker showing where you need to go. This applies to both the 2nd and 3rd points.
You can also just use your mini map.
Return to Salem to receive your 2 Clover Ticket rewards.
Note: Completing this quest 3 times will reward you with a Lunatic on Shoulder costume!
